Founders

Tony Bancroft (Director)
Animation award winner Tony Bancroft (Director) brings over a decade of feature animation experience to Toonacious as a result of his rapid ascent at Walt Disney Feature Animation in the mid '90s. Tony is most notably known as the award winning, co-director of Walt Disney's Mulan.  In addition, Tony also contributed his talents to such popular Disney features as The Rescuers Down Under, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin.  He was also the Supervising Animator, creating the lovable warthog, "Pumbaa", in Disney's The Lion King.  Following his work as the Supervising Animator for "Kronk" in The Emperor's New Groove, Tony decided to leave Disney.  En route to starting his own animation studio, Tony took a transitional post at Sony Entertainment where he served as the Animation Supervisor for Stuart Little 2, released in the summer of 2002.  Having established himself as an accomplished director, gifted animator and animation supervisor and accomplished director, Bancroft co-founded Toonacious where he oversees all creative aspects of pre-production, production and post-production.

Ben Chambers (EVP of Creative Development)
Broadcasting veteran Ben Chambers (EVP of Creative Development) brings nearly 16 years of experience as a voice-over talent and creative writer to the productions of Toonacious.  As a writer, Chambers has 13 years of radio and television experience with such major companies as Premier Radio Networks, Phil Roman Entertainment and Al Kasha Productions.  Chambers scripted each episode of the Toonacious DVD series Lenny & Sid in addition to 120 radio short features based on the series.  Since co-founding Toonacious, Chambers has provided script consulting and creative character development for such companies as Disney’s Toon Studios, Wang Film and Silver Lion Films and has served as both a producer and executive producer on 'work-for-hire' animation projects ranging from CD-ROM games to direct-to-DVD feature productions.  Chambers oversees audio production and production staff management as well as creative development including story concepts, character development and scripting for Toonacious.

Bo Ferger (President)
Seasoned entrepreneur Bo Ferger (President) has over 17 years of corporate start-up and business management expertise beginning as a co-founder of Light Visions, a 3D digital graphics house in Atlanta, Georgia where he animated the first computer animated trailers for national theatre chains.  His experience at Light Visions eventually led him to Burbank, California where in 1993 he was instrumental in developing what would become Warner Digital for Warner Bros. Animation Studio. During his tenure, he supervised a staff of artists and engineers in animation and special effects for a variety of movies, TV shows and commercials.  In 1994, Bo entered the technology side of the entertainment business by co-founding Cinebase Software, which developed a post-production management system for the Hollywood market. Three years later, Bo started Synctrix, Inc., an award winning, video technology design and development company. His creative side beckoned once again leading him to join the Toonacious team.  Ferger oversees the Company's business affairs and strategic partnerships as well as its technology.
